The Manchester Bidwell Education Model equips unemployed, underemployed, and transitioning adults to lead productive, meaningful lives through demand-driven career training programs. These programs focus on middle-skill occupations that are currently in demand in the local market, pay a living wage, and place employees on a career pathway. Career training programs are designed for individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent and are at no cost to the student.
