Operational

The final phase of the NCAT process starts after the grand opening of the new center for arts and technology.  This stage of the center’s successful growth, known as Early Implementation, lasts for three years. During this time, the NCAT team provides technical support and assistance in the following areas:

  • curriculum expansion;
  • program development;
  • state licensing;
  • national accreditation;
  • oversight of facility expansion;
  • building infrastructure;
  • personnel;
  • providing direction for increasing fundraising;
  • marketing/communications development;
  • evaluation of the center including the progress, accomplishments and outcomes, process evaluation and future growth.

At the end of the three-year implementation agreement, the parties may execute a maintenance agreement in additional five-year increments.
